Smile, I'm Thinking of You Today

A new challenge card today. Having a little trouble smiling myself today. Migraine on the rise. That doesn't always stope me from creating though, it is quite therapeutic, until my vision gets wonky. lol. I used  All Smiles from My Favorite Things and that Tiny Polka Dot background from Stampabilities that's retired. Circle punches are from Stampin' Up!, sizes 3/4", 1 3/8" and 1 3/4" and the stitched rectangle is from Lil' Inker. Pretty simple card, self explanatory.
