I really loved how this one turned out for the Color Throwdown. Unfortunately it was vetoed by a few members of my family. I'm going to add this to the Simon Says Stamp Wedding/Anniversary Challenge.

Hello, It's Been Too Long

One of the cards I made for the first round of guesting at the Color Throwdown this month. Didn't make the cut for the blog, but I do like how this set from Altenew plays with each other, Baroque Motif's.

How long is too long?

Sending Hugs for a Third Time

This is Altenew's Leaf Medallion stamp set using the color palette from the last few posts. Another challenging set to use, but I do like how it layers together all the different colors, the gradation is cool.

Hugs Just for You

As you can see I am still at it with those same colors. This time I used cardstock to make my statement. I rather like how this all plays against the black and then the green pin-dots on the white. The flowers here are again from Altenew, Perfectly Perfect stamp set. The Hugs is from My Favorite Things, Words for Friends. Those little pin dots that I use over and over are Altenew's Dainty Swiss Dot background stamp, the "just for you" comes from that background stamp set also.

Hello Lovely Again

Again with the same color palette as the last post. This one is the first time I used this particular stamp set from The Stamp Market called Jumbo Blooms. Super fun to stamp, a bit of a challenge to place on a card. I will keep at it though because I really like it.
